The prospective candidate will provide individual and family counseling, eligibility screenings, case management, and psychoeducation services to youth 12-28 at clinically high risk for/or experiencing first episode psychosis. As an EASA team member, collaboration with community partners and coordination of care will be essential.
EASA LifeWorks NW: Registered Nurse
LifeWorks NW’s (EASA) Early Assessment and Support Alliance provides individual/family support, education, advocacy, and treatment to persons aged 12 to 25 who are experiencing emerging symptoms of psychosis. The program also has a robust family component, including multi-family groups. EASA serves individuals who are publicly or privately insured or who have no insurance.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will serve as a liaison between Mental Health Providers and Primary Care Providers by providing ongoing nursing assessments and coordination of care with other professionals for adults with severe and persistent mental illness who elect to participate in the project. The RN may also function as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). Provision of care coordination is primarily based in a clinical setting but may include attending physician appointments with clients or meeting with clients in their homes or at community-based sites.

This position is responsible for the clinical supervision and professional development of staff in the EASA Program. Also responsible for training, documentation, fidelity reviews and assistance with other CCS EASA programs in Oregon.

EASA CCS: Mental Health Specialist III / EASA Coordinator in John Day
Provides culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to people served by Community Counseling Solutions (CCS). The position provides the treatment in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR’s) and the mission and values of CCS. The position works closely with other involved community partners and is professional in all aspects of service delivery. Additionally, this position assists administration in meeting the behavioral health needs of the community.
