When a loved one experiences psychosis it can have a significant impact on all members of the family. Family members may experience grief and may need different types of information or support at different times. It is important to pay attention to how different family members may be affected by stress and grief related to their loved one experiencing psychosis, and to ensure that each family member has the support they need for themselves so that they can also support their loved one.
