EASA LifeWorks NW: Clinical Supervisor
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team. Provides clinical services as needed. Provides support and attention to employee successes and addresses performance issues promptly and effectively.
– This position requires a valid and active QMHP credential certification through MHACBO or a valid and active status (licensed or registered intern) with an approved Oregon licensing board.
– Clinical Supervisors in mental health programs must meet QMHP requirements and have completed two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
– May require access to car, valid driver’s license, proof of current automobile insurance coverage and verification of safe driving record from DMV, ability to meet LWNW driving requirements.
EASA LifeWorks NW: Registered Nurse
LifeWorks NW’s (EASA) Early Assessment and Support Alliance provides individual/family support, education, advocacy, and treatment to persons aged 12 to 25 who are experiencing emerging symptoms of psychosis. The program also has a robust family component, including multi-family groups. EASA serves individuals who are publicly or privately insured or who have no insurance.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will serve as a liaison between Mental Health Providers and Primary Care Providers by providing ongoing nursing assessments and coordination of care with other professionals for adults with severe and persistent mental illness who elect to participate in the project. The RN may also function as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). Provision of care coordination is primarily based in a clinical setting but may include attending physician appointments with clients or meeting with clients in their homes or at community-based sites.
EASA LifeWorks NW: Mental Health Therapist
The Mental Health Therapist screens, assesses, diagnoses, and treats transition age youth ages 15 to 25 experiencing their first onset of psychosis and schizophrenia spectrum illness in its initial 12 months. Provides psycho education, appropriate treatments, and/or consultation with families, care providers, and community partners regarding treatment options. Works in community-based, home-based and office-based settings. Also offers community education to reduce the stigma of mental illness and raise awareness about psychosis.
EASA Marion: Occupational Therapy Specialist
Provide regional occupational therapy services for consumers receiving IDD services in Marion County and for early psychosis programs covering Marion, Polk, and Linn counties. Provide occupational profile and performance analysis, written Occupational Therapy Evaluations, and Occupational Therapy Treatment and Intervention Plans for respective consumers.
EASA CCS: Clinical Supervisor/Mental Health Supervisor in Hermiston
This position is responsible for the clinical supervision and professional development of staff in the EASA Program. Also responsible for training, documentation, fidelity reviews and assistance with other CCS EASA programs in Oregon.
EASA Benton: Bilingual (Spanish) Health Navigation Coordinator
The EASA Bilingual Clinical Health Navigator will coordinate the activities of EASA Community Education to reach diverse communities in Benton County, with a particular focus on serving Latino & Hispanic community members.

EASA CCS: Mental Health Specialist III / EASA Coordinator in John Day
Provides culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to people served by Community Counseling Solutions (CCS). The position provides the treatment in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR’s) and the mission and values of CCS. The position works closely with other involved community partners and is professional in all aspects of service delivery. Additionally, this position assists administration in meeting the behavioral health needs of the community.
